Amazing experience. I was super nervous about doing the procedure. Ashley made it comfortable and was extremely professional. They answered all my questions during the consult. Very little pain. Very affordable for the quality of service received. The customer service I received by the staff was... amazing especially when it came to scheduling and answering questions. They did not stray from what was promised. Very responsive and upfront about everything. Will be back for other procedures not that I know they do cold sculpting.read more

I drive 3 hours to go here. The best. Text scheduler Thresa is on top of her game. It's says 9-9 and she's available. Great experience every time.

I have been a patient for many years and always been treated like family. My needs are always first I never feel an agenda like other places I have been. Recently they had a stall in shipping and my appointment will be stalled until the shipment arrives. At my place of business this has been a... horrible thing as well with shipping being stalled. The way Ashley always makes me feel she is “on my side” even if it is an expense to her is unheard of in this day and age. Her and Theresa are people who truly care and love what they do. I have always had amazing results often better than even a plastic surgeons office but I know I will still be a priority during my downtime with Theresa being available. When they are incredibly busy I am treated the exact same way as when Ashley comes in just for me. I’m proud to send friends in from the east coast and la because they are Vancouver based. I look forward to being a patient for years.read more

I love this place! Very welcoming and knowledgeable. The appointments are private, the space is always clean, and I’m easily able to book out my appointments. I’ll be going here regularly as I make the changes I never knew I wanted

I would like to publicly not only thank Laser & Wellness Center but I want to send my deepest gratitude to both Ashley and Theresa. They have both made me feel so comfortable through this process and shown just how much they want to help me! Being transgender the journey can be difficult to say the... least!
